Well, I get it now, you cna get more then 10 ships by getting 100 away expereince and teleporting on a unpopulatited planet, making it colensized and givening it 500 strengh and 3 mill pop

rpg, a war game where your invading land thro seas, citys, etc. falling back with troops.
