Babyraptor after the tutorial the construct bar doesn't appear so I cant build anything

Game bar broke No buildings show up
Can you please be more specific? The game still run, but when you click on a square, no turret constructing bar popup? Please be aware that you can only build during "peace time", when the enemy is attacking, you cannot build at that moment.
