I seem to have a problem here. I found the outpost...found the shelter...escorted the Inspector to the shelter...helped fight back. Now here's the problem: I was to bring 3 workers with the Inspector. One got killed and the Inspector said, "You did the best you could." So I only delivered 2 and I have 2 Civilians following me. I've been all over the area a dozen times, no way out and no more workers. Do I have to exit? It looks as though that's the only way I'm getting out of there.
I thought the score would go up after each level, but apparently it doesn't. I've leveled up several times and my score is still 3595, which I got at level 3 (I'm about level 8 now and have unlocked several achievements). So, does that mean that I have to do better than 3595 in one run before my score gets better? That's the pits. I'll be here all day, if that's the case.
There are very few games I'll complete to the very end. I don't care for doing levels over and over to get enough powerups, equipment, etc. to finish a level. Snail Bob is different. If Snail Bob gets killed, it's because of my own stupidity. It's a cute and wonderful problem solving game. I've played every one of them to the finish and have enjoyed them all. I'm glad it's not timed, I'd lose out on every level just trying to find all the stars, but then, that's half the fun. It must be difficult to come up with new and inventive ways to get Snail Bob to the exit. Keep up the good work. 5/5
I have a problem with games that gives the enemy a decisive advantage. They are able to shoot in any direction...even behind them. My team can only shoot straight ahead. They have a combination of attack formations. My team has a small V formation. Their high level armaments are introduced much earlier than they become available to my team. Their body armor is heavier making them harder to kill. My team's body armor is weaker making my team easy to kill. Their numbers out number my team's 5 to 1. For every one of my team, there's 5 more of theirs. This game is very unbalanced and designed for my team to fail time and time again. Which makes me wonder who are the "good" guys, who are the "bad" guys and whose side is the Dev on? I gave you a rating of 1. This is no way to achieve followers.
I just started playing this game. Right now, the only problems I have is that the driving instructions (W, S) is right where the driver needs to see. All I can see is what the passenger is seeiing on the right side of the windshiels. Seems the driving instructions should disappear as soon as the the car starts moving.
Is it possible to have the comment, at the beginning of each level, visible for a couple seconds longer? Or let it stay up there until the player clicks it away. My vision isn't as young as it used to be. lol. I didn't read all that was said at the beginning of level one and had to restart to finish reading it. Didn't get all that was said on level two and had to restart from level one so I could finish reading level two.
And no comments from the "Peanut Gallery." Wait until your youth begins to slip away.
I started the game all over again, but this time, after level one, I bought the lock pick instead of the photo shooter. Then after level two, I bought the photo shooter, but the store manager took the money but won't let me have the photo shooter. Now I'm stuck in the store, again. Can't even hit the back button. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
After the first level, I bought the photo shooter and dragged it to the 'Z' slot. I had enough money to buy another item and bought the lock pick. The store manager took my money but refused to give me the pick. After level two, I went to the store and tried to collect the lock pick again, but he still won't give it to me, he wants me to buy the photo shooter instead. I bought another photo shooter, even though I never used it in the first place. The photo shooter was still in my inventory. He took my money, but wouldn't give me another photo shooter. Now I'm stuck in the store. What gives? Game is fun, so far.
ok, I give up. How do you go back to the game after the first wave? I see I made my first upgrade, though I don't see what it is. i've clicked on everything and nothing happens. How do I get the upgrades? To get back into the game, I have to go back to Kong's homepage and then click on the game again? UGH!!
I completed the Easy and Medium lvls on 9-14-2009. On the hard, I had 43/45 bonus completions and 43/45 par completions. Now I have to do the whole puzzle again in order to the 2 bonus completions and the 2 par completions? First time around was hard enough, especially lvl 39 (I can't seem to click fast enough and had a lot of trouble with it the first time). So, I guess I won't get the badge I had been working on. Four years later, I'm not up to the frustration any more.
Was doing fine until lvl 21, had a bit of trouble figuring out exactly where to put the cut. After that was ok again, until lvls 38 and 39. On lvl 40, I got all the stars in less than 10 cuts, but didn't get credit for it. But I went back and did it in 2 less cuts and got my WoooT badge. 5/5
Like the game so far. I have a problem, though. i picked up the shield that is suppose to protect me against force fields, but it doesn't. I tried to go through the force field near the spot where I picked it up and it killed me. I had the shield active at the time, too. It shows -6, does this mean it has to be recharged some how? I went back to the main cave, but nothing there makes it 100%.
@PlatypusMan: HydraAnts!?! I accidently disturbed a red ant mound in my front yard. You can't fight angry ants! They crawl all over your shoes, in your shoes and up your pant leg. They bite you in places you didn't even know you had and leave little white blisters that hurt long after the ant is gone!! No thanks...no hydra ants (though it's still a good idea).
Game seems to lag a bit. I was trying to shake off the little hypos, but my fighter couldn't shake fast enough and died a few times. He had to jump a lot to keep the little evils from ganging up on him. Had no problems with the larger ones. Good game even with the lags. 4/5
Love this episode. You have done a fantastic job (as usual).
I seem to have lost a piano, though. Does anyone know where it went? I can't seem to find it.
