If you click the mouse and hit reload (R) at the same time shooter freezes, but game continues and guard dies. Played this twice and happened both times.
Good potential. One type of fruit is easy, but is a good tutorial. Trying to control two fruits is a bit harder, but fairly easy once you get the hang of it. After a couple levels of that then get three fruits in there, etc. 1 for the idea plus 1 for the effort plus 1 for the potential. 3/5
I don't run to well left handed, my fingers don't work that well. Tried using right hand on wasd and left hand on ghj. Very awkward. Now, if I could have 2nd player controls as a single player, I'd have this game licked. Otherwise, great game.
Well....I fought the Boss 7 times, did everything everyone suggested (sometimes more than once). Each time my castle was destroyed Boss still had around 80000hp left as he marches off the screen victorious. My measly 8000 def castle with all defenses going full tilt is still no match against him. I think everyone is fighting with dull weapons and the dragons are just spewing out smoke. As for the arrows, well, they do great at keeping the minions at bay but do little on the Boss.
Used aaaalllll the suggestions made: hobbits, angels and dragons;arrows, hobbits, elves, angels and dragons; arrows, elves, wizards, angels and dragons; arrows, angels and dragons...always more angels than dragons; then I got everyone in on the act including the arrows....I still lost!! The arrows kills everything beyond the Boss, but has little effect on the Boss itself. I also noticed that the ones passing the angel was injured by the down swing of the wings. The dragon was blowing fire at the ground (the evil monsters beyond their own castle) and was killing its own allies!! WTH is that??
I have everything upgraded to the max...so how come my castle doesn't get any more than 8000 def while the monster castle gets 200000?? I'm using everything I have available!
I've played other online pinball games and it seems this one is a little sloppy on the flippers. When the ball hits the flippers the hit isn't crisp. It's more like the ball is pushed rather than hit. I don't know if it's the game or my computer, but when the ball hits a flag or a bumper there seems to be a slight pause before the ball bounces back. Here again, crispness. In the last stage, when the ball is hit by the plunger, it doesn't go into the playing field, which is ok, but it has a tendency to drain down the left lane without hitting anything. I lost 2 balls that way. I'm not a computer geek and don't the know the correct terminology so I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say. Otherwise, this is a great change from the run-of-the-mill pinball. Graphics are nice.
When the arrows explode, I like the way the enemy units fly up in the air, do somersaults with blood spewing out, and go *splat!!!* on the ground in a pool of blood!! It's really neat when they do it 2 and 3 at a time. Kwl graphics!
Great game!! 5/5. Guess I wouldn't die so often if I was more co-ordinated with my left hand button work lol. Ever hear the expression: "The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing"? Well, that's true too. My right hand ignores the left and the left hand ignores the right. They do not work well as a team...duh. As far as using the mouse with the left hand? That's even worse! Oh well, I have fun anyway.
I assume the 5 connections are suppose to be vertical, horizontal, or diagonal and always in a straight line. So, how did the computer win without 5 in a straight line?
On the goal checklist for arrow upgrades, I have the standard and the ice arrows fully upgraded, but it says (currently: 0). I've saved all the battles and all the upgrades. Why doesn't the fully upgraded arrows register?
Please excuse the double post, but I'm a little ticked. If I'm up against the right side of the battlefield when the last enemy ship is destroyed, I pop over to the next field before I can collect all my little blue life bubbles and go into the next battle a little short on life. GRRRRR!!
