Upgrading your guns doesn't seem to do anything other than make it a cooler gun. And the upgrades in the upgrade menu don't seem to help much either. I'm playing on easy, with the biggest radius and armor rating, with a laser turret, and it doesn't have any benefit.
balance seems to be a little off if I'm losing with top upgrades in easy.
The actual angle is consistently changing even you didn't change the angle setting, because the ship is rocking :P
So the angle variable is trivial and kind of pointless?
Horribly unbalanced. Both cost of towers and the order you get them. As well as sending flying Pokemon before you can actually afford to defend against them.
For example, on the night levels, having your people fall asleep, which FORCES you to use the dancer, while only getting half the meat, makes that level near impossible.
If the dancer had more range or was cheaper, it would be more fair.
I think the game is all around decent. But I still find the cost of upgrades and items in general to be pricey.
The archer is worthless except for flying enemies, but is expensive beyond belief.
The game lagged within the first level, and started to move EXTREMELY slow as if I was rendering videos, and had 100 tabs open in my browser. Not good, that makes control VERY delayed, and impossible to play. It even did this when I set the quality to low.
There is a glitch on level 20. Before the level has even started, during the countdown, my bullets are being blocked by something that isn't there. And any missile that has the homing capability is automatically pulled to it. I can only assume it's the boss since it appears out of nowhere instead of coming from off screen like previous bosses.
Somehow I was able to exploit it last night, and get unlimited patches by playing it over and over, but I haven't been able to replicate it. Mostly because the fact that it blocks my bullets and not the enemies makes the level very difficult.
Ummmm, either I'm missing something, or the machine gun doesn't work. It says press 2, but I don't know if that switches to it, or fires it. But regardless, my machine gun will not work. Which makes the second level impassable. Either provide proper instructions, or this is a bug that needs fixed.
The rocking of the ship is trivial, so that the angle setting is still the major factor.
