Very reminiscient of Hands of War, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. I'd call it an improvement, as there is more freedom with character customization and it doesnt force you into an hour long grind for reputation like Hands of War. Overall, 5/5.
Losing a life is required in 1-3, 1-4, and 3-3. Bloody good game, and the level select screen music is some of the best flash-game music I have ever heard.
Guitar vs. Piano made this game for me, it was that good. I looked up the artist on Newgrounds, his other stuff is much of the same, if not better. I urge you to check it out.
Sank a ball on practically every shot on the pool minigame and still ran out of time. All but one shot, a ball was in. The game would be better just for the ommission of that puzzle.
I truly love this game and the direction the concept of bullet spammed screens to dodge and wind around taken to a new level, but the difficulty quickly becomes pretty unforgiving. On level 2, going into the last boss with less than forty health (Which is more than your health cap, if you haven't been grinding levels) you have to play flawlessly to win, which can be pretty aggrivating at times. Everything else about this game is great and well thought out, though. Congrats.
Tad buggy, but still a great game. ex. In the room directly right from the one where you first get the girl following you, you can pounce left from one of the lifts without the girl following you and get stuck infinitely off screen.
Simplistic, minimalistic... I earnestly loved this game. When playing this game, I realized that I should have eaten 2 hours ago. I wish there was more like this out there.
Upgrade Tenacity to full as you upgrade the tree next to it to get to Electrical Storm and Wraith Form. Max these and nightmare. At this point you should be able to use nightmare, then spam Corruption to abuse Nightmare's inability to be destroyed. With high level armor, you can decimate anything, and eletrical storm will ensure a huge supply of energy.
On the mayor right now, I figured out could help you guys out with the build I found.
Use Psychonaut, and early on in the game replace your starting normal attack with Dark Echoes. You can get terrify and free will, or skip directly to upgrading the Dark Echoes tree up to Tenacity.
Any recommendations on good builds for a psychonaut? And a Hydraulic, for those who were wondering, was a pretty heavy frontal damage class on armorgames. It had a couple morphs that increased its defense and attack and a couple healing/support spells. I got to the city pretty easily with it, and it can get pretty hard to kill. I have yet to figure out if either of the other classes are as good, though.
Found an Uzi and a Chainsaw and the levels were a breeze. Skipped past most of the later levels, so I didn't get to see if there was anything better than that combo. Anyone have any tips/locations for any truly epic weapons?
