Where are you stuck building a ship? Can you access the panel where you can customize the ship? Do you have a shipyard?

i cant seem too past lv 19 the grap is too big at the end can you fix it?
I think that's one of the tricky levels, I believe you can skip the descending light and use that for the final leap
