Um.
Just opened up the game and... I've lost everything but my followers. I still have 9k+ followers, and my PvP setup is all the same... but I'm back to zero Omegas... and no challenges completed!
Cute game, but frustrating end.
I didn't realize the importance of filling in all the exemplars in the museum when I first started, but it was easy enough to go back and fill those in.
It was fun up to the start of Tier 9. Now I've got a full museum up to the purple flower that starts Tier 9 -- and moving forward will require running the game in the background for 7.5 hours.
That's silly -- if it was going to be an idle game, so that I could come back the next day and fill in the last level, that would be one thing. But it doesn't advance while I'm away.

Followers are a server based thing, and the rest is stored in your computer, looks like your computer cleared the cookies somehow
