It would be cool to be able to toggle between all heroes and active heroes for the upgrades. You would be able to see wich one of the heroes you're actually using have upgrades avaible.
could be nice to craft weapon too, iI rember one of my character on wow that I had all my stuff crafted and he was really powerful so i think crated weapon could be nice and maybe destroy some object for a part of the crafting material
General: soldier the war is already won we got the weapons

General: it does not matter we got the best armor in the country
