Mhm I just tried on all browsers and it seems to work on our side. I'm just noticing though that in the building menu it has a very dark color, almost the same as the background. Is it possible that your screen settings are dark as well and you literally can't see it because of it? :D You can try mouse-overing over all the empty fields near the top to see if it's there. Otherwise you might try reloading the page.
