Well, looks like a test of basics of game making, and the bugs DO affect the game. In the level where it says "press Alt to flip" I fell off the screen and no respawn mechanics.
@jk1210,
That isn't the way how N (or N+) was meant to be played. It might make for a different playstyle, but N(+) was only a platformer game. Upgrades are a whole new genre that this game.. won't fit in. I mean, if you upgraded so much that you jump so high, mine ceilings would be the death of you. Speed would also kill you, if you have to make precise timing, and all of a sudden you speed across the map. Or that would make it have no fun or point. The game was designed and built for one speed, one jump range, and one ability - Wall jumping like a boss.
For the newbies out there: An easy way to get money during the first area is the first boss. During his first health bar, he will shoot out a bunch of red bullets out in a strait line, like a laser. If you deplete the first third while he's shooting it out, voila - 10K easily. Add a Coin magnet, and you got a lot more.
Alright! I just beat the last quests and now to beat the bad guy! *Smashes into Ceiling* But I just beat all the quests... * End pops up* "You got the Key!" FFFUUUUUUU
dray321 it is definitely not a rip off of Okami because Okami has the celestial brush and the kiririi (i think that is how it is spelled) has the spikes. Plus this is way different storyline, different character drawings, and the reason it looks like a wolf is because ChainedLupine drew it that way... he couldn't have traced it from Okami.
When I first saw this I groaned out loud, "John, can't ya do better than a flying upgrade game?" I clicked on it grudgingly and played. Turns out it was 10/5
Look at the Clues " press space to J... Jump" title of a level: "K" "Click nothing to begin" "Don't press x + c" That is all I'm gonna give you... this is not a walkthrough.
