@insanemembrane: Autosave can be toggled at the bottom left. I had it implemented but many complained about it, so I made it up to the player. @DmitriX: Sorry about that >_<
Storm bolts and flare storm both do damage based on the your flare/bolt levels. Fixed the tsunami + bolt bug, where you could electrify before it appeared, and fixed the couple sound effect problems.
Still won't load, without the loader? If so, that's not my fault :/ Right now the only thing uploaded is the swf -- if it doesn't load, try refresh. If it still doesn't load, there's not really anything I can do about it. Sorry :(
Ah that's true, I forgot I made it so they can't be killed if they're far enough away. I'll up the kill AP to +2, I think that should be as high as it goes though.
Being evil is a lot easier; you can just spam offensive abilities with no fear of killing survivors, so that's why you get less AP. Is the loader not working for anyone else? Please let me know if that's the case!
After reading through some comments, I made auto save toggleable, same place where the BG music and SFX buttons are. Also added the quality button there and took out the options screen. I'll be adding some areas to ease the scale of difficulty tomorrow, and maybe save slots (somebody requested them...). I'll look into the "keys getting jammed bug", seems like a lot of people are getting that. Thanks for the feedback :)
You can restart mid-battle if you accidentally kill a survivor (so it doesn't autosave it), but I'll try and get a middle ground, where you can choose to have autosave on or off. I'll also add a quit to menu button on the pause screen, and add more intermediate levels to help with the scaling of difficulty. Just give me a little time and those'll be up. Also, I'll try and adjust the AP gained so it's not so much of a grind for some
@bugphan: its damage increases based on your affinity, which is displayed on the world map. It will gain damage as you reach either side of the spectrum
Yes, I admit the graphics are bad -- I am no artist, clearly :/ For me to upgrade the graphics would take a long time, so I would probably just combine the upgrading of the graphics with more abilities/enemies/areas to make an Apocalypse 2. And thanks for the feedback, I'm trying to implement the requests I read :)
@Riftsong: I added a restart button on the pause screen, does that cover quit as well? I don't see where you would want to quit instead of restart, so let me know what you think
@popey, i use vista and it works... refresh maybe? Not sure :( I'm making the mute sound/mute music buttons globally on the screen now, and I'll work on some more locations today. Thanks for the feedback/suggestions
Yeah, it does get sluggish at times :/ But the last level is supposed to be gray, "in the warp", in the middle of nowhere kind of thing. Thanks for the kind words and rating :D
When you guys say badges, that's up to Kongregate to make, right?
I have stats reporting for some stuff, that's all I do on my part, as far as I know. If I'm wrong, tell me how to add them :D
