This is frenergy to use after the first 151 in depleted. When using it be sure to count carefully. No more than 5 per friend. I would suggest starting with no more than 4 till you get used to counting. When the counter gets less than 5 or 10, Return home and refresh your game and it will return. Every day add more camp Batteries to the total.
