Nah, the sniper challenge is simple. The key is to THINK AHEAD. After you shoot move your cursor to where you need it to be for the next target then all you need to do is compensate for air. That should never be more than two millimeters.

Quick maths lesson: Percentage chances are just that. Chance! You could have a one in a million chance of missing and still manage it forty times in a row. It's just highly unlikely. Missing four times in a row at 95% hit rate will happen. Every attack has the same chance to hit whether or not you hit on your last attack. (unless your skills go up of course. :] )
