to get a kong hat (play this game on kongregate.com) to get exp hat win in random races to get fly hat need to play hat factory (rank 15 only!) to get santa hat get in any races / they give them out at winter or whatever...and to get a crown do F@h (easy on ps3) and to get a cowboy hat you need to download F@H (or f@h on ps3 no space in uers name ) thats how to get all the hats in pr2! have fun!
