well lets just say this advice may sound easy but it is rllyrlly hard anyway just follow the advice, and youl get sumwere.
STEP1
First, notice that the hog runs in a straight line. When he runs down, run up. when he runs up run down.
Step 2.
When he drops a spear pick it up. throw it and pick up your real good weapon and BEAT UP.
Step 3. REAPEAT
Note: When I first did this, i threw my good weapon. DO NOT DO THAT.
