This game is so frustrating without any instructions, gets an instant 1/5. Go ahead and down rate this. 1. No beginning instructions, I'm just dropped off in the middle of where ever. 2. Have to reload game to quit or start over. 3. Where is the inventory? How do I use potions? 4. The training is harder then the actually battles. 5. The map scrolling sucks. 6. Pets seem to just random attack.
1. Controls are awkward having to use arrows and mouse. Either make all keyboard or lets us configure. Rather have WASD as a standard for movement. 2. Combat is very buggy. Sometimes I can kill mobs without them being able to hit me and other times Mobs can instantly attack you at any angle while you have to get "lined up". I was halfway across the screen and the orc with his back to me still hit me. 3. Blocking is not 100%, so what is it? 4. Having to open inventory to use potion during combat is BAD. You are still taking damage. 5. No price on selling items.
1. Needs Hotkeys! 2. A better explanation of the HUD. 3. Your Mana symbols for building/using power and the one in the HUD are confusingly different. 4. Using Mouse to collect anything is Never a Good Idea!. 5. Can't replay levels. 6. Level indicator or map or ? 7. Needs weapons, health, defense, etc. upgrades.
Suggestions: 1. A speed up button. 2. Amount of Gold/Amount you can Store display(just like population/houses). 3. "Destroying buildings gives no gold" just makes the game less fun. 4. Explain that you need to select a castle where workers etc spawn from. 5. I built a 3rd castle on mission 8 and got no new soldier like you description says "every additional castle unlocks a new soldier" 6. Last fight is disappointing.
Level 5 forces you to conserve gold but you don't know this till you have cleared out the dungeon. Hate games that make you play only to find out that at the very end you loose cause of how the level HAS TO BE BEATEN! Again like lvl 4 you have to go thru the mission first to find out what has to be done to complete it.
It is an interesting game but could much better. As others have stated being able to control workers etc. would be good. 4th mission you are forced to play and died just figure out what blocks not to destroy before you get any gold. So the game forces you to remember where the spiders are etc. and by the time your soldier gets there you have lost a worker or more.
The keys do not all function. If you run you cant crouch. If you crouch you can't invis etc. The overall "physics" of the game are quirky or inaccurate.
What the heck is the "Correct unit to counter"? All there are is some stats on armored vs light. I'm playing on easy and none of any of my units can touch the opponents obelisk. Being playing for like 15 minutes and he just keeps coming at me. He has more gold/income all the time. 1. No Pause! 2. No speed up! 3. Nice music. 4. No way to set units in front or behind. 1/5
Interesting Game. 1. Need to be able to see area each building covers by hover or click after placement. 2. Stop placing Gold Mine signs under buildings. 3. Show all depleted spots. 4. "Try to put different buildings close together for best effect" is misleading. They need to be spaced out for population to occur.
Good Game! 1. Access to encyclopedia outside of combat. 2. Why allow us to place more then 4 Rocket blocks? 3. Red and Blue blocks are poorly explained causing confusion on using them properly along with upgrades. 4. Upgrade skill trees need work. 5. Very hard to tell what Achievements/Upgrades you have gotten. Needs a Big Green Check mark or something. 6. Hard to tell the different color shields on level 30 boss plus the health bar is hidden by the rockets
1. Why does jumping and pushing a box (which both are moving) not count as moving? 2. Lockup after level 7(I hit escape, got to menu, cont, but graphics glitched bad, reloaded, cont, seems ok) 3. Can't get back to menu from Achievements without using the esc key.
Well the game is both frustrating and funny. I wish there was an option to not die so we could at least see/read all the funny stuff. I'm not a very good at "platform games" i.e. I'm having trouble just getting past the very first red box. And when I did get past there was this sign that I did not have time to read trying not to die.
Ok TD. 1. Needs stats for weapons/enemies. 2. Maybe a pause and place turret/upgrade/etc. option. 3. Start/Next wave button and no auto countdown at beginning of level. 4. The poison does not do anything. I see no decrease in health over time on any mob. 5. Needs an Exit to menu from inside the map. 6. The last map sucks. No strategic places to put towers.
