When the game first started, the background was just green and the enemies were grey squares, and some other menu items seemed rather off.
After a page refresh every thing fixed itself.
Warning this game does not run well on lower tier computers, in fact it runs worse than Hotline Miami (in my experience).
I lag spiked outside of the map somehow, I'm not entirely sure how that is possible, but it happened.
Also to hit a stationary target centrally(in the head), you usually gotta aim a bit to the left, approximately at their shoulder.

Sounds like the game didn't load properly the first time. In that case, a refresh is the cure.
