Yes. Need to set a password for you account from Player Info -> Reset password. Then use your regular username and password you set to login on official site.
Fix the Quests... If you've already bought the things they said in the quest they won't count and you can't sell your stuff r buy more than 1, so you are blocked on the quest...

Did you hit them first? Players can only fight some 10% above and below their current level unless they hit a higher level player at which point the retaliation window is open for 24 or until you die. Which ever comes first.
