Beautiful game. It's like a super-slimmed down EVE! (Almost makes me want to go back and play... ALMOST). My only complaint is that the star in the system isn't some distant/large object, but it's pretty much just a tiny sprite in the middle of the system. That's my complaint. Fix it! ;P Just kidding, really nice work. Looking forward to more games out of you!
Would be good if the commands worked... Press T to use the repair kit. Okay... I'm injured and need repair. T. No repair. WTF? T. No repair. uhhh... Y? Nothing's happening... TTTTTTTTTTT ..... Right, got it. Screw the player. Release a broken game. Might want to fix this. -_-;
I think this is the first game I've ever played where I actually get pissed off when I get a powerup. (I'm talking golden bloon drops...) Late-game they actually make you LESS effective, and I've missed Diamond more times than I care to count because of this.
Having two resources is a nice idea, but you've turned your game into a mad resource grab while hoping you don't die from bullets that begin to blur into all the acorns and coins flying around. Music is terrible, squirrel moves so slowly it hurts. The upgrade that increases how much money/acorns you get is the most expensive upgrade, and you don't have access to the final one until everything else is bought. This makes it pointless.
If I EVER see another Game Ark game I will REFUSE to play it. That intro is HORRIBLE. KONGREGATE... I'm begging you... Make a Game Ark tag so we know not to play a certain game...
Not a bad game. A little on the frustrating side towards the end. You were going for an Asian/Japanese theme. The main bad guy is a panda. The other enemies should probably have been Japanese-themed animal-people as well. Rat-folk, Monkey-folk, River-Folk for the soldiers, Oni for the big guys, and the witches (Not even Asian themed...) should have been Foxes (tails or no, either would work). Other than some balance issues (Cooldown on heal is too long and it heals for too much. Also the shield is virtually worthless, absorbing roughly one hit), but overall it was enjoyable, if simple.
Phenomenal. Pure awesome. Hearing your 5 year old daughter saying BOOYA is just plain adorable. Enjoyable game to boot. Without the daughters voice acting it'd be 4/5. But she bumps it to 5/5!
