Visually very good, not a game though, i should flag it but i will be nice, looks like a presentation, or maybe even a new website main page? If so you need to add visible (as in text) navigation bars to tell the audience where to click etc.
I will put 3/5 Because its not really a game, but it does have quite decent graphics, although as explained below there is a problem with the flash plugin. I can see potential if you do become a games desinger, with those graphics.
