Really well done for a first game. I think the ability to eventually upgrade your weapon type of fire instead of just increasing the rate of fire would be good. Otherwise, a very solid game.
Not a bad little game, but the high magic/weak physical chick is too easy to cheese the last fight with. Just spam her fast attack and she'll whirl the wand around in front of her and no one can get an attack through. Didn't take any damage at all on that fight.
Love it, everything you changed from the original was what needed changed. I am usually fairly good at this type of game, but I guess without some kind of track to figure out where to put my towers, I end up falling short. :( Still love this addicting little game, even if I can't make it into the double digits for levels half the time.
The tower games where the map scrolls based on where you are aiming make me dizzy, and aren't conducive to aiming at ALL. I'd like those levels a lot more if there was less map scrolling based on my mouse position.
Overall a great game. I would have given it a 5 if you could have gained multiples of the weapons and given your spares to the other survivors. I maxed out my other survivors and I think the last guy came with a hunting rifle, but the rest were all handguns. Also, an experience system where you could improve things like accuracy, etc. for yourself and the other survivors you come across would be great and tie right into being able to outfit them. I don't understand the scoring system and actually submitted a bug report on it. The only thing I can guess it might be counting is number of retries you've done, but in that case once everyone gets good enough for 0, how do you determine "the best zero"? ;-P
