I wish the difficulty was curved better. The game is pretty easy until you get up to the area that is gray on the map, then at that point everything is doing ridiculous damage, and there's so many enemies, and it takes forever to kill things, and there's barely any grass to eat. It just jumps from holding your hand to being rage inducing in an instant.
I honestly just don't see the point of a health system when the spikes bounce you around so much. If you fall onto a floor full of spikes, it's nearly impossible to reach safe ground.
Um... Is it really necessary to have excess information in the game? Opal Sea? Desert? Over fifteen empty inventory slots? What's the point if it doesn't exist? I was waiting for a postgame once I beat the final boss, I knew there had to be more stuff to collect, but there wasn't one.
