I agree with jmarley108. Excellent balance between frustrating and solvable. It's great that all the clues are given without pixelhunting or making the player feel stupid. I personally had a bit of flash hang-up with the birthday cake blocks (FF decided to chew up all available memory), but later came back and it was fine. Thank you for a wonderful game.
Love Kakuro. If anything else, I'd like to use the arrow keys/WASD to move between boxes, or click and a 3x3 box to enter/choose a number is possible. The better (imho) crossword interfaces use the [Spacebar] to choose whether to to go across or down. If you get to choose multiple numbers, though, then that won't work. (I can't currently type [3][1] for \4 [ ][ ]). Going back and forth between mouse and keyboard is tedious. Also, a timer would be nice.I don't care about the music because I mute everything here anyway.
Finishing a puzzle should offer to go to the next puzzle in the set. Start/Continue don't work intuitively, because other games might reset completely if you choose "start". "continue" doesn't make sense: if you've finished a puzzle, "continue" may return you to that completed puzzle, not go to the menu to choose a new puzzle.
I agree about not learning to assemble the space ship. I'd want an herb sensor and a training sensor besides the piece sensor. Because I'm lazy, that's why :).
Triple jump you get after 10 blue herbs.
