Cool glitch. Get chainsaw, wait for barricade to break, and keep hold of it (Best on full ammo) when you die, you still have the chainsaw noise going!

@Azn Omen has a bucketload of Hp, but that doesn't matter. When he uses his special (Where his next move is almighty) Launch a break at him. Trust me, he's stunned and takes a lot of damage. Try not to stun him on other turns, or it can take 1/2 an hour.
