If I remember correctly, the armorgames version had a not saying that Cubegames Gave Them Permission to improve on it, and they definitely did improve it, so even if it was stolen, it still is better. and yes I know I just responded to a post from may ‘09 that isn’t even on the page anymore because of this post.
