ROSEMARY ONLY WORKS WITHOUT THE double shot perk. hope this helped.

Let me revise the target time strategy. 1. Its not necessary but buy the EXTENDED AMMO upgrade for your gun. makes it a hell lot more easier. 2. DO NOT use the Steady Hands perk. 3. Now go to the target time mission. quickly go to the bottom. SPAM your shots. the recoil should bring your bullets upwards, destroying targets along the way. For the last few, use aimed shots ( shoot consistently , not spam ) and you should be able to get past the mission. .... bleh i really dont see why its so hard. i completed it the 1st time through.. maybe its cuz i played TGG 1. meh. hope this helped

for those having trouble for target time. --> start from the bottom and spam your shots. the recoil will let you hit the upper targets as well. instead of shoot-relax-shoot-relax-repeat. of course. the last few ones need aiming skillz >=) gd luck !!
