no but, they leave their person there. They still have their turns. they just dont do anything to try and trick you into believing their not there. And u really want to kill him. but he has too many men, and in doing so u let the other player have the majority army, and he is able to win.
dont u hate the people who when theres 3 people left, and they have a 3rd or the armies on the world, and they say they leave, but they dont and they leave their person there. and deep inside u know they are there. just waiting for the other 2 to kill each other. until he has the majority of the armies then he leaps out and wins. especially when every round when its hes turn u have to wait 90seconds for the bastard to sit there and try and make us believe his not? + this to hell if u think there should be a fcken auto kik if u dont do a move in 3 moves or somthing like that!!!!
