A way to get 100,000+ with no nukes used: 1. Get the golden cannon atleast, 2. then get the Ak47, 3. shoot mid way through the range, 4. all power, as he lifts, then drops a few feet, 5. shoot him with a bullet, 6. this will make him life a bit more, 7. rinse and repeat steps 5 & 6
