@sandmanza having the entire simulator speed up vs just the defense is a bad idea, because then you are always missing some falling bits. and if/when the cpu cycle gets fixed, you'll just be missing more and more with each increase because they are falling at the same speed your defense is moving. have you thought this through? because I don't think you have.
Bugs:
1. CPU cycle isn't doing what it's suppose to do but spawning more bits each time you click it
2. AI cpu clock shouldn't increase the bit's falling speed. that makes no sense. and defeats the purpose of what it's suppose to do.
Hey, thanks for the feedback, actually the AI cpu lock is working fine, it increases the entire simulation, I understand that the scope of name does not actually imply it, will maybe rename it.
Yes the CPU cycle is misbehaving, it is supposed to spawn a new bit every time it is upgraded but is also supposed to make the bits spawn faster over time. will implement it.
Thanks a for playing!
@tylerthedesigner "As far as full idle mode, that is not currently something the game offers" then remove the idle tag. it's wrong to call it an idle when it's not.
While it isn't fully idle, there are certainly idle elements, which is why I chose the tag.
From what I understand, the tags are crowdsourced based on user input?
If my thoughts on it's idle-like structure are not reciprocated, feel free to downvote the tag.
"A Dark Room is an open-source software role-playing text-based game" - Apparently people don't know what open source means... sooo he didn't steal/rip off it.
to the people who downvoted my comment, 1,000+ T is not a thing. it goes from 999 B to 1 T, once it hits 1,000 B it turns into 1 T... so screw you downvoters it's basic counting. >:D
Sets of 3 zeros Past 1,000
Name Number of Zeros
1 million 6 (1,000,000)
2 billion 9 (1,000,000,000)
3 trillion 12 (1,000,000,000,000)
Game doesn't save, an html5 game? why not something that makes things actual buttons instead of highlighting text as if you were trying to copy something.
