I'm not a speed-clicker, but I enjoyed challenging myself to solve these with the fewest number of clues revealed. Perhaps that could be another way to make a "hard" mode for the game?
It seems that the new update to open chests simultaneously created a bug with unlocking chest slots. It is happening to me too. After the update, I moved up to Arena 5, but the 4th chest slot did not unlock. It still says "Slot 5 can be unlocked at Arena 4 with gold."
Thank you for this update, it is indeed a step in the right direction. It is more satisfying to play for at least a few minutes before taking the 3 hour breaks.
Potentially fun game mechanics, but the wait times are too long for the amount of content here. Wait 3 hours to be able to play for 1 more minute?
No thanks, there are plenty of other match-3 games I can play without all this waiting.
I was going to comment that the player should be able to make more choices in this game. But then I noticed something I didn't see at first. If I don't kill all the monsters in a room, I can exit and re-enter and they will all respawn, giving me the option of farming diamonds at the end of a day.
What do I need to do to trigger a save? I can't stay logged in all day, and I once lost 42 cheese when I closed the browser at the wrong time. I wish there were a button to manually save when I need to leave.
when I am in a dungeon, click the map icon in lower right, then click "back to the dungeon" I get a 404 web page not found error. refreshing the web page allows me to continue
Fun because the simplicity makes for a nice fast pace! Okay by me if the boars lay eggs; this game might become tedious if I had to run around collecting all the different kinds of farm animals. Since the creators are soliciting suggestions, I have two ideas. Could we build a lift for the mine, so it would be easier to get in and out of deep areas? Also, could we attack with a different key from the rest of the interactions, as enemy interactions often overlap with other interactions. With a different key, we could easily choose whether to fight or rest in the hut, for example.
I'm glad you liked the game! Lifts are planned for the second island, once you have power. I have been considering whether to add a rope ladder or some low tech way to move up faster, but you can get to the second island pretty quickly if you want, I feel like a lot of the people who want lifts in the first island are clearing it out because they have nothing else to do in game once they make the boat.
I am changing surface structures to use UP to enter - as you can't go up there anyways. There's a lot less overlap for underground structures anyways. Equipping weapons can be useful for always attacking with Z (and never accessing structures or talking to NPCs) until you unequip. That should help with the controls confusion - I tried to keep the number of controls to a minimal, but it ended up causing a lot of problems :P.
Just replayed this in honor of the nice new music, and had as much fun as the first time around. So much effort went in to the creation of these challenging puzzles. I really hope this games gets badges so more people will come and give it a try. I think the low ratings are just because the puzzles are difficult, and it is human nature to complain about difficult things. It is not a bug or bad design that the grappler needs 1 extra square to turn around in, or that the wall hugger can't push crates; all of this is part of the puzzle. To solve the puzzles, we need to use the strengths of the different robots to work around their limitations.
The same thing that arigold16 described just happened to me. I spun the casino wheel, got the 50 crystals prize, and suddenly my crystals were completely full.
Finally got a browser that can handle Unity, and played this series. Very enjoyable! I felt like a kid who couldn't put down a good book. The detailed dialogue and descriptions created mental images much richer than anything one could possibly render on a computer screen.
Thank you SO much! *_* Your words are SO great to read! We're glad you liked it - it means a lot to us that so many player can still appreciate our efforts even if the graphic wasn't good enough! :) We hope you'll like our other adventures as well! Thank you again, live an amazing life and keep having fun!
For fire, use a stick on an oak log in your inventory. I, too, wish there were a journal or something that recorded things we could do in our inventory. There is Greenfinger's book, but that's just for orbs. Saves work for me just fine. The save is a cookie on your computer, so you need to make sure your browser is not automatically deleting cookies when you close it.
Thanks so much for a great game. Puzzles were innovative and often very challenging for me. Hope this one gets badges so I'll have an excuse to play it all over again!
Just so people know, all of the US West servers (s5, s13, s23, s32, s44, s70) have been shut down and wiped. It looks like they are just not loading, but they are never coming back. Official info: http://forum.amzgame.com/thread/detail?id=22930 Some people have lost 2 years of their time.
Well, I've given this a try for a couple weeks. I was interested because it's a newer game that's being actively developed. But, meh... Playing this game feels like watching videos of other people playing games. Getting bored.
Awesome to hear but just the start of things! /Darkis
