No it isn't stealing but he still can't upload it. This is taken FROM the upload page: "Who can submit a game? Games can only be uploaded by their legal owner" he didn't make it, so he isn't the legal owner, ergo, he can't upload it. I rest my case.

Even if you get permission from the developer you can't upload it, it's classed as stolen. You CANNOT upload a game if YOU didn't make it. Flagged.

Not bad for your first snake game. The graphics were smooth (if slightly grey) and the game is paced quite well. Ways to improve: don't have such an odd score for every pellet eaten (I mean 9 points per pellet is quite odd), make it 10 or 100 points. Next, make the snake actually look like a snake, maybe add a jungle background or something? Finally, have a game over screen or assign "R" to restart or something. However despite my suggestions for improvement there's actually nothing I can really fault. 3/5, nice work!

Not bad. Needs a LOT of polishing though. Add a mute button, improve graphics, add sound effects, increase game length etc etc. Overall, while not great, it looks like a promising start. 2/5.

An insult to both Metal Gear AND game developers. Seriously how did you even THINK this would be good?!?!?! It isn't even a game it's just two pictures rotating and moving aroudn the screen in a way that hurts my eyes!!! 1/5, flagged for this insult on the human race.

I'm sorry, you call this an "action-rpg-shooter"? Where's the rpg element? Uuuuuuuh nowhere! False advertising there. Just for that insult I'm not even going to bother playing any more of the game, or even bother rating this.

A brilliant game, but there HAS to be moderators. I've been wheelchairbound for four years and I got called a liar and got told that I "should suffer for the rest of your life after lying about such a horrible thing.". I just can't play the game when there are such appaling people playing. However, this is people's fault not the game's so I wont deduct stars for it. Just PLEASE add moderators. 4/5.

A brilliant game. My only complaint is that one enemy soldier decided that he would become a sniper and managed to destroy my entire defense while being WELL beyond the reach of any of my troops. This was wave 2 on an easy level... -.- other than that 4/5!

Ok. Problem number one, the enemies can't kill you (as far as I know, I walked into 10 enemies in a row and didn't die). Problem number two, there is no mute button. Problem number three, the levels can essentially be flown over, have a limit for how long you can fly or something to stop people (like me) from just flying over all the obstacles. Problem number four, it's only two levels long. Other than those problems, the graphics were pretty slick and the controls were smooth. 2/5, it's not very good, but at least it counts as a game.
