I found GLICTH if you shoot the ragdoll with the sniper it wont cut or anthing just knowck him down and sometimes sparcks wil fly(ike scraping a sword on the floor or shooting a crumbler
alihassan is right. when you joint something togather and then press the share button preview the level and sometimes the joint will get stuck to the wall its kinda annoying since once you make a good level one joint ruins it there should be a way to delete joints without destroying the ragdolls arm
That was actually something I wanted to fix but forgot. So I fixed it just now. Dolls should no longer fall apart when you cut joints. You now have to "stretch" the doll joints if you want to manually cut them.

Once the shared content is saved, it's handled solely by Kong. Developers don't have any more control over the shared content than normal users, unfortunately.
Frankly there's not all that much I can do about spammers without making it harder for everyone else to share levels as well.
waddupyo pause the game(spacebar) and you will see the range it affects, for the anesthetic to work you need to be very close and then break it....or just smack the doll with at highspeed
