Actually, I disagree munky.
If the tutorial is available, but you're not forced to sit through it, that's better. Especially when you go to re-play the game.
So, you call it 'rlax' for 'relax' and then have a timer forcing you to go faster? Not the best name, really. Relaxing is about taking your time and doing things at your own pace. You, sir, fail.
There is a certain amount of skill involved in this game, for sure. But there is also a HUGE part of luck. The random pauses and speed changes are critical in timing, if you're moving through a small gap and the speed changes or pauses, you get hit, no chance to avoid. If you get 3 solid walls in a row.. you get hit. Can't shoot through all 3, can you? And the green flash when the virus 'recognises' you? Blind for a second, when a speed change can occur. Sorry, too much luck involved, loses points for that.
It's all f***** buggy - I've shot the bodyguard standing by the plane in mission 6 in the head and he doesn't die. I even see the shrapnel START on his head where the bullet hits, but NOOO he doesn't die.
Running out of fuel in mid-air should definitely NOT cause you to die. Or, have a smaller fuel tank that only goes down when the tank is going along the ground and not in the air.
Good concept, but the movement needs work.
Having to climb the entire way up a cliff-face without stopping is not terribly ninja-like, nor is an inability to climb trees. A means to quit/restart the game instead of finishing it would be good too. Being able to move while crouched would also be a good addition.
