I'd like to see a cost break down on each product. Example, Steel Sword of Speed costs 6 swords. So put that cost in the enchant button. Put 3 ore in the forge button. This way I can properly calculate how much raw stock I need to fulfil an order.
Great game, up until the point where you pretty much have nothing left to upgrade aside from Vitality, since the difference in anything else is so insignificant as to not matter. Great leveling, abilities and range of characters. Once you find that sweet-spot (Frost gear with Sceptre = win) you can bulldoze through most of the game. However, the gear doesn't stack well with leveling. Perhaps instead of +1000 hp, you have percentage based boosts. +5% hp, +10% hp, etc. +1% hp regen per second up to 15% per second (Which still isn't enough for Insane!)
The game is absolutely stunning, but only got three stars. What goods an amazing game if I can only play it half the time? Connection issues are a big problem with this game for some reason. Not sure if its dev side, publisher, or Kong, but I can't play half the time.
The first series is awesome! Then.. the Pro series happens, and I feel like it's just trying to stretch play time. After the first race I've got full upgrades, and can't find anything else to spend money on... New cars? Cosmetics?
It'd be nice if the entire fleet didn't seem to stop and turn around before they proceeded forward when you select all of them and direct them anywhere.
Some physics problems, more friction on the forks. Make the crates feel like they're heavy, and break from certain drops. I won't go into the idea that all these crates should be strapped to pallets, but yanno, I drive forklifts.
If you want ideas, then here are a few: Set up a board for the levels, so you can choose to replay levels you've beaten. Have a long-term score, so folks can try and 'master' the game. More kinds of bubbles, big, small, explosive, negatives, spikes, what-not.
For what it is, it's good. It has a laid back vibe right now, which is nice for the style of game. Keep the laid back attitude, and work off this model, I think it'll be fun.
Ok, so you /can/ drift, by why would you want to? Not sure the point of the drifting aspect when the only point seems to be come in first. That's racing, not drifting. Drifting is style and control, not speed. So perhaps some score system based on the skills of actually drifting instead of just coming in first.
Nice modeling, and smooth play, though. If it had a more in depth career system, with the buying and selling of cars, and the aforementioned drifting points system, I think it'd be a hit.
We've added more car upgrade levels so you can continue upgrading your car into the pro series.
