Anyone else catch the VGCats reference in that you can wield a rat-flail? And I think it might be a Ruby Quest reference when he mentions his MANLY PHYSIQUE.
I was immediately reminded of this when i read the title: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUneoG4lMs8 It even has similar quality! But in all seriousness, it definitely needs work; I wouldn't really call it a demo... And if it's just pokemon battles, then it doesn't really add anything new - people may as well play a pokemon emulator or shoddy battle or something. If you ever plan to finish this game, there needs to be something that makes this game stand out more than just "pokemon having battles like in the games" if it's ever going to be something people would want to play. Sorry if it sounds a little negative, but it's true. I'll give it a 1/5 for the effort. And don't be discouraged by all the jerks in the comments, every good flash game was a piece of crap at one point in its development.
