Ok last level, send all your starting cells to the 2 8s in front of you, then use the top 3 cells to start taking then 8s on the bottem, DO NOT TRY TO TAKE THE 100, once you take 2 or 3 of the bottem 8s, start sending all the cells from your top 4 8s to the cell above the 100, at the same time start sending all the bottem cells to the to neutral front 2 8 cell, and the keep sending the bottem cells to the front 2 8 cells, they sill start sending cells to attack your bottem, at this point you will have 30-40 on the cell above the 100, once they send out abuncha little cells to the bottem, start taking over a few of there 8s, that have troops below 10, they'll then start sending little cells to the 100, and waste most of their little cells, once they've almost taken the 100, attack it with your top 4 8s and the cell above the 100, from there just keep attacking their 8s and you when in no time.
Here's a guide to beating it, always have the chainsaw as your secondary, then equip something with stopping power as your first (hunting rifil or magnum are not advised as they have short clips), always move as soon as you have supplies, so don't worry much about repearing your blockade, as it just heals when you move. you should be in union city by 30-40 days using this tactic, i made it in 25.
