This game is not colorblind friendly and it's far too reliant on grinding old bosses for upgrades. My skill means nothing! The lack of damage feedback on top of the enormous HP bars makes it hard to tell where a boss's weak point is (made even harder when dodging a bullet storm). The plain text on top of the colorful graphics is also a bad choice IMO. Every level ends with a dreaded gamlebox too! I've played many shooters on Kong, and this is nowhere near the top of my list.
@LoonyLizard On top of that, the END RESULT has to be no more than 5 apart. Therefore, I recommend going for destruction with a variety of offense cards to deal the correct amount of damage. If you're using the standard economy crippling deck then the weak AI will usually throw weak attacks at you, making it easier to get 1-5 HP.
Failure is mandatory in this game! As you learn the mechanics it gradually goes from a 2/5 to a 4/5 (still not my cup of tea). I'm glad the new badges made me return though. Very nice loot system and procedural generation. I only wish you could reset stat points like skills.
@natsu_dragneel01 Makes sense to me. Now what are you gonna do with FireElemental? And what replaces the old Wizard? Wizard would have to become rarer and more expensive to field as well. See, these things are hard to balance.
WASD controls suck. Melee weapons shouldn't degrade when they miss. In fact, they're completely worthless since they have no advantage over the guns. Zombies spawn on top of you and kill almost instantly if you don't crouch every time you enter a room. Crouch walking is slower and provides less protection than crouching and running. Misses sometimes kill zombies anyway. Police car is a "large crate of ammunition"? This game is a broken mess.
