Ok, the third tab of quests, that is to do 20 gathering, shows -2147483648% and never completes, I reset the game and it's happening again

I have a impossible quests, cuz my 2 available quests need 12 work points, and its to farming 2 times, that is 12 work pointos to, so I need 24 work points, and I have only 14!
