I notice sometimes i kill a rare enemy but get no items or exp why is that and can you fix it but i do get gold so no need to fix gold

All monsters..yes. All items...kinda? The items in the shop that cost gems or tickets cannot be found in battle. We considered it at one point, but we're advised against it.
