if that is so knee bash has normaly 7 speed why is it slower? and not same speed (opponent had reinforced brestplate item)
there is a problem i used knee bash with 10 speed (quikening powder) opponent shacra slash 7 speed and he hit 1st (how on earth is that possible?) if its fixed warn me plz (i had no debuff)(and that turn the 50 procent hit knee bash)
