The game is too big for the window it is shown, and the timer really shows the seconds, but its not good cause the FPS here is VERY slow. =( You should make it a "frame counter"!
I liked the "sandbox mode" idea, it would be nice if had upgrades, here are some ideas: more precipitation, initialy larger hail, increased density, stronger wind...

if i got it right, the earth represents his home, the reality, and every other planet represents his imagination, his feelings. and in the end re abandon the reality to live in imagination.
very good! not too easy, not too hard, all puzzles have a good logic.
deserve 5/5, but the sequel is better, and i can't give anything higher, so i gave this one 4/5...
