I really like that you took the time to message a large number of people in person that had hippo screen issues. It would have been easy to copy/paste or put up a message on the page, but that personal touch goes a long way. Thanks for the fix and I'm sure everyone is greatful to get back in there.
Loving the game! Thanks and keep up the great work! :)
I'm not really much of a copy-paster. Plus I always feel horrible for every person who can't play the game or loses saves. I wish NONE of that happened but we're still in this whole unstable alpha-build land right now. It'll get better! And thanks! Glad you're still having fun.
It looks like you ended up getting a corrupt prestige chest. I've removed them and replaced them with good ones so you SHOULD be able to load back up now.
How does the retirement village work exactly?
I had 31 in there and a total of 300 guildians when i prestiged and now i have 61 in the retirement village.
Is there a limit on how many can be added each prestige or is it not a 1-to-1 ratio when they go in there?
@Wrarb it was taken out for now. it was causing some of the guys to just hangout at the tavern, rather than go out as one group for team composition together.
After reloading the page today, the game seems SUPER laggy to the point that i cant scroll, collect, or upgrade etc anything.
is anyone else getting this or know how to correct this?
@bjhamer the last potion is making 2 potions at the cost of 1 of the blues. It's quadrupling your money there.
I admit though that mathematically, for me to level up again (making roughly 100e30 a day) will take me 2740 years...so I'm just trying to push through to 33 digits and I'll let my computer take a nap.
I made sure to update firefox, my unity player, flash, and java (just in case) and restart my computer to ensure the freshest of reloads.
Unfortunatly, the issue persists with the above fault being thrown every time.
Thank you for your previous response and the swiftness with which you corrected the issues we are bringing forth. Do you have any thoughts or other troubleshooting we should do or report on this one?
PHINIX PART 2 of 2
Hey guys (gals? team?) After I got your message that you patched the negative cash flow I posted about, I came back today to CONTINUE MY QUEST! to find that I lost all progress.
Before panicking, I went to the comments and saw dsbjk and others said they had the same issue after the patch, but to reload and everything would be fine.
So I refreshed the page and got the error that havesumtact and others are reporting that
"An exception has occured, but exception handling has been disabled in this build. If you are the developer of this content, enable exceptions in your project's WebGL player settings to be able to catch the exception or see the stack trace." PART 1 of 2
I'm now a little more worried as my negative income has become a negative balance of over negative half Billion. (-$605,594,287,284) and expected to climb {fall?) any thoughts?
The game is unplayable because of this.
After reading @Xlate s comment, I closed out my browser to see if that changed anything and I now get the no pay/negative pay that he describes when selling.
Got a bug where I am unable to buy anything after a level up restart.
I just leveled up to x-2.14748 E+09 and I can click on objects and see that they are being pressed but nothing is actually purchased.
I only have the starting $10, so the only thing i can afford is the first plant, but it never comes up as though I clicked it.
I am able to click the manager button, and the zoom function works, as does clicking the "level up" button flashing red due to not enough money.
Only button that hasn't worked, as I don't want to try it, is the hard reset.
Any thoughts? Clearly I am enjoying the game, but there is yet anything to do once at this point beyond leveling up to level up faster.
Very much looking forward to future updates :) keep up the good work.
zlefin, the counter you're talking about is total damage over all since youve started playing, so it may check out.
Also, 1.8e+308 seems to be the max counter because after that the values that I've seen go to "infinity".
I liked that the market was there but was confused by the changing bonus upgrade numbers. Is there any way to have a "current/next level" rather than a progression of "%= 2, 4, 6, 10, 7, etc" i thought i was losing rather than gaining bonus and thought it was tied to the risk % or something. I later understood that the % was how much it was increasing, not the total bonus.
I also liked that the quests made me reach back to make items rather than having been "this is the new and best thing, make lots of those" as it kept them relevant through the game.
Solid, if short, entry into the clicker genre. Not so much incremental as its not that type of progression, and not so much idle as you have to change items to do the quests. With clicker, only took 15 min, that's not a bad thing for what was offered.
3.5/5
thanks a lot!
