In the gliders catalogue underneath the whirlybird 512 it comes up blue click it and then destroy an object with it. next 2 arent certain to happen but go into the air 300 feet run out of fuel next one land on the ground (presumably at beggining) click penguins beak at start screen and click the acheivement.
