I would love to see more levels. Even better would be a random level generator so we could play infinite levels. Sort of a ZEN mode for those who want to relax with a fun game. I like the a game that trains my mind to see logic gates with more clarity. Look forward to seeing more of this game!
This was fun, the 3d retro art style is cool. I wish beating the game unlocked another class. Wizard, rogue, maybe Skelly? Also, couldn't find the hammer or enter the second dungeon. All in all a good game with promise.
Some suggestions: Space-bar for a roll would let you stay engaged in melee combat some more.
Camp fire should heal.
great feedback.
Trust me I wanted at least 7 playable classes, each one with around 4-6 skills, I also wanted to add passive skills that would be given by items, There is a lot of stuff I wanted to add to the game, I simply had no time and I pretty much ran out of resources to continue working out it. I'm wondering if people would be interested in a more robust experience, with skill trees like diablo 2, etc etc. maybe a kickstarter or something, one can dream!
The screens all messed up. the game i about 1/3 of the way shifted down so I cannot see the bottom half of the game. even when I scaled the web page bigger or smaller it still has the same problem. So unplayable. 1 Star until it's fixed.
Hi darkseraph, we have already fixed the screen zooming and button area clicking related issues. Feel free to tell us about any issues you encountered again while playing TDD! Thank you very much! - Haruki
I love this kind of game. My suggestions:
Give more space between the character and the edge of the screen when moving,
Also, the scrolls slower the the character can move, is that on purpose?
Display the equipped items on your character while in the inventory screen with hover in the equipped items.
Add a sell feature to items and the ability to purchase mana potions.
A side quest or two would be fun as well. Also random item drop from enemies, for example new equipment.
Also, you might want to tone down the mage, I stomped all the enemies and bosses pretty easily.
But still a fun game and I can't wait to see future updates.
thanks for the suggestions! the slow scrolling was intentional, but i'll give a bit more space between the edge of the screen. I can add the equipment preview in a future patch maybe, but its not my primary concern right now :) The sell feature and mana pots i didn't include because i didnt feel as though they were necessary (as there is no gold). The next patch is pretty big so it'll take a while, hope you keep up with the game though!
Fun game and funny. But frustating at parts. After the 3rd key, you have a fridge at the doorway, so whenever you walk down to it and are attacked, as soon as the battle is over you walk through the door. then if you are attacked again you might just die. Please don't auto move after a battle, or at least move through a door after one. Also, I'd like ot see more info on my character. Better item descriptions and stats, etc. A Game Knight would want to know those things.
My suggestion for maximizing your profit per time is this: Buy 25 of each commodity in progression with accompanying Manager and Upgrade before moving on. The only exception to this is when you get to about the movie theater and beyond buy one of each. This will get the timer started so you get the first profit a bit sooner. Once you get 25 of a commodity, the speed doubles and when you get 25 of each all double again. Then go back and buy to 50 of each for that bonus, 100, 200, 300, etc. If you just buy 300 of one and only have 25 of another, you miss out on a ton of speed.
Fun game, a must play. Only complaint is I killed the king and now I'm on round 16 and every time I kill an enemy my computer locks up. I wonder if the game is trying to save 1000 times is causing all the lag?
How about an expansion? perhaps the moon or an asteroid? More difficulty, more items to buy?
The drill upgrades only felt the effected the depth at which you could dig and the battery was too good. Power stopped mattering in the depth after a while. Great game otherwise, hope to see more from you guys.
Would you be able to move the "E"quip button to the left side of the item? It would reduce the chance of accidentally selling a great piece of equipment because your mouse moved?
I would like to see a way to remove unwanted skills from Pets so that new ones could be learned. Also perhaps show which skills the Pet will learn at what level. Respects or replacements for Item or Pet attributes/Skills would be amazing, at any cost.
I agree the smaller levels are more interesting to play. How about adding multiple rooms along the Z axis with doors that move you between them. It would make the levels larger but still give that fun warped gravity feeling...?
Great game, hard but fun so it was worth triing the puzzles over and over. I'd give it 5 stars if there was a mega-man shooter element to the game, which would totaly work for the game.
I'm on page 2 and when i went to select the ship, i got a dashed-grey line not a blue one. I'm using cs4 by the way. also I don't see the info bar that is shown at the bottom of the shootorial page.
Random level generations nice idea! Say you skype in pm. I add you to testers on the second part and my other games :D Thanks you!
