Now I can annoy my friends with useless facts like: "Did you know (quote) can be composed using only the first x words of the dictionary?" and the converse of that phrasing. :P
Will be using this game to demonstrate calculus concepts:
1.) How derivatives relate to each other. (Simple concept of how each meat-producing unit relates)
2.) How increasing a higher order derivative will always wind up increasing the function more over all. (Deciding to purchase all of those Hive Empresses that you can just before bed even though it kills your current meat rate, will wind up giving you more than if you hadn't.)
3.) How limits work. (Advanced unit info)
I had just purchased my 40th greater queen when ALL of the calculus I could use in this to make charts and do math clicked. If there is such a thing as math-turbation, this is it.
Oi! But those things were in their sagas, legends and myths. ^-^ Romans made up the horned helmet things to 'demonize' the people they were trying to subjugate.
[not to say there were no horned helms, as there were, they were ceremonial rather than combative though. ] That said I applaud you and this game and all of its massive content.
@Joebenns Flame throwers don't necessarily need atmospheric oxygen to work. After-all Thermite burns without it, the fuel just needs oxygen in its composition.
If your keyboard is not like the keyboard used for this game, and because there aren't editable controls, there are a couple of options that you have. One is to use an auto hot key script, which would be fairly easy to do if you already have the program installed, though may not want to go down load it, which leaves you with the other option. (It only works with Windows as far as I know, or rather that's all I know it is available on.)
Open up your Control Panel
Find Clock, Region, and Language.
Click Change keyboards or other input methods
Click Keyboard and Languages tab on the window that just popped up
Click "Add..."
Find English ( United States ) Then click United States-International
Once it's checked click "Ok"
ahk script:
With AHK downloaded create a new .txt file on your desktop (or elsewhere)
type: " y::z " (no quotes)
Save close, rename it to name.ahk and run it.
Now you have the same controls that this game was programmed with. :)
My trick to solving the safe code was to find a series of four number, preferably repeated, that had no lights. (Mine was 1111) and then plug in numbers for each spot until the correct code was found.
Tigersm33, to hammer well you should, at least with the swords, stay on the edges, like a real blacksmith would, there is a faint line you should click that usually produces a "great"
I can see this as a pretty good game if a couple things are tweaked, the geometry of some of the things you're expected to climb is a bit outrageous. I do like the unlocks from beating challenge times. I would suggest tweaking those a bit too, some are super hard, others are rather easy. (Challenge time: 40:00 Best time: 27:17 ) Do a few grammar fixes, and this is a great game, you weren't lying when you said it would be hard. ( On the fence about how quickly you pop a wheelie and such...)
I absolutely loved the game, but there is a hole in the plot :/. Jeeves says "there goes another century, looks like it's time to recharge my batteries, AGAIN" and the planet only had 100 years to live... so... the end didn't make a lot of sense to me.
@ Master Thrawn, Flamethrowers, like other things such as Thermite, can burn with out any oxygen in the atmosphere by adding an oxidizer to the compound... So it may not be a conventional flamethrower, but maybe one that shoots a self oxidizing compound. :3
They didn't fight dragons, a phoenix or a boat made out of dead people's teeth or nails either! Real life often makes for a boring game :)
