Quellan: On "Run", after racing the yellow puke down and waiting for it to melt the blocks to the next area, you're supposed to race it again to get to the exit before it releases the puke from above. So there's no luck involved. And yeah, it gave me the last achievement when I got to the last level. I guess it just monitors the levels you have unlocked, not beaten.
