This game is a mess. It's unlearnable without spending hours reading the wiki, and the wiki is out of date, and tho people work hard to update the wiki, the game updates so frequently that it keeps setting the wiki back every time like a treadmill. The work outweighs any fun.
Occasionally when I open this page, the game just loads a blank black screen. No button to launch the Supernova game. When this happens, there seems to be nothing I can do to make it work, no matter how many times I reload the page or how many hours I wait. It always takes until the next day at least before it returns to normal. SO effing annoying.
You know, there is an option to flag this game. That way Kongregate will actually take a look at it to see if anything is wrong with it. They don't read these comments but they do check flags if enough people do them.
If you want to turn off the music, you have to QUIT to get to the settings button in the main menu. But there's no level select button, and when you press play again, it starts you back at level 1. In other words, to toggle music you MUST ERASE ALL YOUR PROGRESS. And level 23 made no sense anyway. 1 star.
@ultimakewl: You don't have to kill the kings every time. You don't need to farm ALL the white orbs or completely clear the old lands every time either. You get the most white orbs if you do, but if you use monsters and just collect all the white orbs they can give while farming the higher levels yourself then you can do resets more quickly and gain a lot more white orbs (not right away, but over time) than you would if you did resets just as quickly without the help of monsters. (Especially since you can get a faster start in higher lands so you can more quickly get to portals that give higher multipliers).
If this game had an "autofire" function, then I would keep trying for the BOTD. After all, there's no reason to ever NOT be firing, even for a second, while not paused. But my hand cannot hold down the mouse button nonstop for the entire length of combat time needed to get from start to win. For that reason, I'm never playing this again.
There's been a bug lately where the text disappears on most of the UI buttons. Has anyone been noticing this? It seems to have started a few weeks ago when Firefox updated to version 55 (which has caused a whole lot of problems with Flash, none of which have been fixed yet AFAIK)
(Using the right-arrow keys option for movement) Ok gotta jump now! (slides) GRR! SO MANY FREAKIN' TIMES! (Goes & remaps Slide to the up arrow and Jump to a left-hand key) Thank you @SoulGame for making the controls customizable!! It's one of the best features that too few games have.
This game used to be fun, until suddenly all progress slowed down to a crawl and now instead of being able to reincarnate after a couple hours or days, it takes OVER A DAMN MONTH to earn enough gems! I play EVERY FRICKING DAY WITHOUT FAIL, but only get like 1% closer to the next reincarnation each day. What, is it supposed to take us 15 YEARS to get through all the game's content?!?!
