Hmm...it seems that choosing the objective of destroying all pirate captains doesn't actually require destroying all pirate captains, only the one in the final sector. I had killed all of the pirates in the first 5 sectors, then flew through darkspace to get to the final sector, the final boss wouldn't stop chasing me, so I eventually destroyed him and suddenly got the objective for destroying all of the captains even though I obviously hadn't.
Another thing would be if we could type in numbers (within the limits obviously) when we are modifying values when customizing new games. This would help solve the issue of the sliders creating odd decimal numbers, since we could type in nice numbers like 4 or 5.5 if we wanted.
One thing that I would like to see is the ability to filter jobs to show the local ones. It could even use the small display that tells you how many local jobs there are, and by clicking on that, the lists would only show the local jobs. This would make it easier to find the jobs in the same system.
Also, the speed modifier doesn't seem to save as well. I had it cranked up before, and now that I have come back to the game, my ship seems much slower.
Is it just me, or is the achievement descriptions only 1 letter across, resulting in a chain of letters going straight down past the bottom of the screen.
I see there is a line from the show Firefly in here. The one with the diary entry about the crazy sister and being kidnapped by hill folk. Nice to see a fan line abut that show.
So this is a Unity game, but they just decided to not mark it as such? That would explain why I am only getting a blank box where the game is supposed to be, while all other non-Unity games are working just fine.
@ zarnim, it increases the range that they have an effect in so that there is a higher chance of overlap creating higher stat boosts on the effected characters.
i will check this, and fix in next update.
