Love the Vortex Point series, love the ending. I've had issues seeing details in some of the dark areas, and needed walkthroughs. Otherwise, excellent.
I loved Reactor and Factory Idle, and this is a cool game too. I wish it was more in line with Factory idle, though! Most of the problem-solving in that one was, I have a budget of $xx,xxx, I have limited space, what is the most lucrative factory I can make with those constraints? I wish this were a bit of that in this game. I do like the routing problems you've come up with. In some ways, this game would be a good tutorial for Factory Idle, since you really learn how a parcel is routed (left first, then middle, then right, etc, I might be wrong on that :P)
I'd say the most important tweak I'd ask for right now is a better cargo management system.
1) too many mouseclicks to see what each route is carrying
2) the routes don't show what the final destinations - I don't care which planet it just jumped from, I want to know what planet it started at, so I can figure out what it might be carrying)
3) If you try to load more than a fleet has cargo space for, it won't warn you that nothing was loaded at all. As a result, I've sent empty flleets to planets. Other games will reduce the other amounts you can load if you've already planned to load half of the fleet with something else.
Wow, the cloud save is a disaster. Even after turning off auto-save, the game has managed to erase my farthest file. Learn from a game like Midas, you need to be more careful with how you manage save files.
If the cloud save isn't working for you you can uncheck the cloud symbol and use only local saves. They are stored in your browser's localStorage. When you use cleaning tools the localStorage could be cleared and your save is lost. In some days we upload a new patch which should make the cloud saves better. Thanks for playing!
I just bought the AA upgrade that gives kills a 5% chance to reward AAs. Now I have the problem of getting AA at a greater rater than I get gold. Guess I'll have to wait to idle to be able to soft reset?
It'd be nice to be able to change the type of nest they are. Didn't realize that the x2 squares were bumping production, and now am wanting to focus on one species only.0
As soon as it's forced to change into scientific notation, it became instantly less fun to me. Anyone else? I feel like this is a plateau. Fun game otherwise, it's a good addition to the genre. 5/5
I love this kind of game! It's like a more-rewarding Reactor Idle. It's got optimization, it's got space constraints. I'd love to see more games in this genre. Thanks for it!
I'm glad when any studio makes a new adventure game, so thanks for that.
I did have a couple issues with the design;
1) When you go left, to go back to that room, you click on the left door, and vice versa. It seems like a needlessly confusing choice to make, when I think that users expect that when you move right, you move left to get back there. 2) The door riddle, it's not immediately apparent that there is a whole other menu of options, since up to that point, it hasn't been necessary.
Those are my only two complaints. Thanks for the game.
Hello there! About your complaints: 1) Yes, we see what you mean; with such design, we wanted to show how, changing room, Jheed is going up and down along the tower; anyway, we do realize it's not clear enough, so we can just apologize about that 2) We're sorry about that, we thought that the small arrow at the bottom would be clear enough, but maybe it's not. We'll consider it for the next episode, of course. Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words :) Have a great time and keep having fun!
I hope it's not stolen. It's a beautiful, fun game, and I hope its original creator gets credit for it. I wanted to get questions wrong on purpose to extend the game!
While I agree the drop rates for the festivals so far have been silly (and especially with the four types of presents, very random and unappealing), I think many people are assuming that they *should* be getting certain things that they're not getting. It's an attitude issue. If you think you *could* be getting AAs and gems, it's fun when you do, and meh when you don't. If you're "ragequitting" over stuff like that, you need a new perspective.
Good idea, I will update this with next update
